How it Works & FAQs
Friday Morning Intensives are open to anyone registered for the main conference. If you are attending the full pre-conference program starting on Thursday, you'll already be there! If not, you can arrive early Friday morning in time to attend them.
The full Pre-conference Program includes Thursday arrival and Thursday's Feast and Frolic.
Pre-conference Meals, including Friday Breakfast & Lunch, can be added during registration.

Pre-Conference Wild Foods Feast & Frolic
Only 50 seats available!
Arrive on Thursday and savor a 7-course Wild Foods Feast in celebration of Beltane and our Wild Medicine Community! The Empirical Herbalist will be weaving her herbal kitchen witchery into every dish for an unforgettable dining experience.
The full menu will be revealed several weeks before the feast, but you can start anticipating courses that will include a botanical Hawthorn and Rose infused lemonade, Spring Vegetables and Mushrooms, gluten-free Oatcakes, a season-inspired dessert, foraged goodies and a special Reishi digestif! The main entree will feature chicken or you can enjoy the vegetarian option!
After our feast, we will gather 'round the fire for an evening of drumming, dancing, and wild community!

Feral Foraging Foray with Jesse Akozbek
$55 | Limited Spots
Learn foraging basics, ethics, tools and techniques while romping through the woods with The Feral Forager! We will learn about trees, plants and maybe even a few mushrooms that can be foraged in the Southeast. This highly requested immersion will fill up fast so register soon!

Beltane Herbs & Rituals Intensive with Cacao

As we take time to deeply listen and connect to nature and the herbal allies of the season, we'll experience the heart-medicine of cacao and learn ways to be in sacred community together. Let this offering guided by Joanna Mann be a gift to yourself as we deepen our relationship with the wild world around us and within us.

Tongue Assessments for Herbalists and Holistic Practitioners
with Phyllis D. Light
Investment: $55
Tongue assessment offers insight into aspects of illness and wellness. This intensive will cover foundational theories of tongue assessment and guide participants in selecting herbs and other supports based on various tongue presentations.
