Our pre-conference shenanigans begin Thursday Night in The Storyteller's Apothecary where we'll gather hearthside for open-mic style Community Bard Performances. We'll sip botanical brews from the Tea & Tell Elixir Bar and toast to the artists and storytellers in our own wild community.
Calling all Bards!
If you have an original song, story, poem or other performance you'd like to share, please sign up to be part of this open mic event by emailing us or completing the Call for Bards form on the REGISTER page.
Don't Forget Your Cloak
Come clad in your favorite cloak or bardic attire. Whether handmade, heirloom, or newly found, this is an opportunity to get creative! From healers, storytellers, herbwives, and rootworkers to poets, fiddlers and woodland mystics, we're celebrating them all. Folklore themed garb, seasonal headpieces and other adornments are highly encouraged. There will be prizes!!!
Friday Morning Rambles
Friday Morning Rambles are included in all pre-conference registrations! Each offers a way to wander with plants in a wild and wonder-filled way. You can attend whichever interests you the most. Descriptions of each Ramble can be found in the workshop section here.
Pre-conference registration is $195 and includes the lodging type you chose for the rest of the weekend. If you do not select lodging for the weekend, you will not have lodging for pre-conference. Pre-conference meals are not included. Learn more about pre-con meal plans here.

Fees and Inclusions
The following rates are for the pre-conference program only and can be added to your main registration. The cost is the same for all registration types and you'll have the same lodging as your weekend selection. You can opt to add a pre-conference meal plan or bring your own food.
