4. Be sure to save your registration account information so that you can log in and view your order at anytime.

Deposit Program

Deposit option ended February 28, 2024.
Balance Payments were due April 1, 2024

​Deposits are non-refundable. Late payments are not accepted. If you miss the deadline, your registration will be canceled, and you will NOT receive a refund, credit, or transfer opportunity.

Refund Policies

Refund Policies
Effective 10/24/2023

  • Early bird registration deposits are non-refundable. Balance payments are due April 1, 2024. Any registrations with unpaid balances on April 2 will be cancelled and no refunds or credits will be offered.

  • Conference registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are available. Registrations cannot be used as a credit for other events.

  • Early Arrival program fees are non-refundable. 

  • Meal plan fees are refundable through May 1, 2024. These refunds are subject to online processing fees charged by our registration platform and/or online processing company.

  • Conference registrations may be transferred to another adult through May 24, 2024. Transfers must be confirmed via email: wildmedicineconference@gmail.com.

  • If the conference cannot be held in person due to a public health crisis or other unforeseen emergency circumstances, the conference may shift to a virtual platform. If this happens, we will refund meal plan fees and a portion of registration fees. The amount of each individual refund will be determined by the expenses we have already incurred at the time of the cancellation.

  • If the event is fully cancelled, you will receive a full refund minus approximately $25-$35 in processing fees that our registration platform and online merchant charges that we cannot recover. 

  • If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please ask before your register.
