2027 Wild Medicine Conference
*Apply to Teach*
Presenter Overview
Thank you for your interest in supporting our conference as a presenter! We want you to get a feel for our event and understand how things work before applying to teach, so please read over this page and let us know if you have questions.
Application Review Process
We accept and review teaching applications in two waves. We will accept proposals from May 1- June 30, 2026 and review those during June. We will continue to accept proposals through the end of summer with a second review during the month of September 2026. Please give us 2-3 weeks to respond to your proposal(s).
Presenter Qualifications
We receive many wonderful proposals each year and it is a very hard decision to choose which to include in our program. We consider the experience and expertise of each teacher and ask that applicants meet all three of the following pre-requisites: (1) Two or more years of teaching experience in the herbal community or academic settings, (2) experience teaching a minimum of 5 workshops to adults on the general subject matter of your proposal, and (3) the ability to provide at least one reference who can attest to both your teaching ability and your intermediate to advanced knowledge of the content you want to teach.
