HOW LODGING WORKS

Weekend Lodging

Lodging is not included in weekend conference registration. You can add lodging to your registration or you can commute or stay off-site in a hotel or campground that you book on your own. 97% of attendees stay onsite. So much of the fun happens in the evenings and at night. In an effort to accommodate various budgets, there are 3 options: car camping (no tents), dorms, and double-occupancy lodge rooms.

Pre-Conference Lodging

Lodging is included in pre-conference registrations! You will be assigned to whatever weekend lodging type you chose.

LODGE ROOMS

Lodge Rooms are double-occupancy hotel style rooms with linens. Each room has 2 queen beds and a private bath. Unless you upgrade to a private room, a roommate will be assigned to you. Lodges have community kitchens.

WEEKEND RATE: $100/per person

Includes Friday and Saturday Night

Private Upgrade: +$165

CAMPING DORMS

Camping dorms include 10-18 twin beds and a shared communal bathroom inside the dorm. There are male dorms and female dorms available. Linens are not included and kitchen access is not available.

WEEKEND RATE: $60/per person

Includes Friday and Saturday Night

CAR CAMPING

Car Camping includes access to Dorm Showers. No ground tents or fires are allowed. For tent camping, we recommend staying at a nearby campground. Each person who is car camping must be fully registered.

WEEKEND RATE: $60/per person

Includes Friday and Saturday Night

Food Options

Our nourishing meal plan will include a variety of options such as Herb Roasted Chicken, Fajita Rice Bowls, Loaded Baked Potatoes, Soups and Salads, and hearty breakfasts. During registration you can request a vegan, vegetarian, and/or gluten-free meal plan. Because there are no restaurants or food vendors nearby, we highly recommend the meal plan

Food Option 1: Add a Meal Plan

  • A weekend meal plan (6 meals) is available for $95.

  • Pre-conference meal plans (3 meals) are available for $55.

  • Meals offered by the conference can accommodate gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets.

Food Option 2: Bring Your Own

  • Lodge Rooms have kitchen access

  • Dorms do NOT offer kitchen access

  • Car Campers and Commuters will NOT have kitchen access
