Includes weekend tent camping in our group campground, Friday-Sunday workshops and special gatherings, access to vendors, and parking. Does not include meals.
Weekend Meals: $75
Includes Friday Dinner, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday's Beltane Brunch.
Feast & Frolic Package: $135
Includes Thursday arrival, Thursday's Feast, Open Mic Community Bard Performances, Friday Morning "Ramble" of your choice, and Friday Lunch. Also includes Thursday camping if you are camping with us over the weekend.

When is Wild Medicine?

Where is Wild Medicine?
Our 2027 Wild Medicine Weekend is at Harrison Bay State Park in Harrison, TN, right outside of Chattanooga. Check-in is at the Recreation Center near the campgrounds.
Who hosts The Wild Medicine Conference?
The Wild Medicine Conference is a collaborative effort between several herbalists and volunteers including Michelle Rigling, Phyllis D. Light, Joanna Mann, and Trevor Mann.
What is the cancellation policy?
The full policy is at the bottom of this page + on the registration page.
Registrations (including deposits and partial-payments towards registration) are non-refundable and there are no exceptions. Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another person through April 26, 2027; however, no modifications can be made to the registration as part of the transfer. Transfers must be submitted via email and must be formally approved.
Who can attend?
Wild Medicine is open to all adults. Wild Medicine is not a family festival, and we do not have programming or care for children. We also do no allow pets inside our class or dining spaces, so please leave your furry friends at home.
Who cannot attend?
Wild Medicine is not open to children, teens, or pets. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Older teens with a special interest in herbal medicine may receive special approval via email if attending with an adult. Please email us about this.
Can mothers bring nursing little ones?
Nursing infants and toddlers are welcome if their registered mother is staying offsite or in a camper/RV site they book separately. We are unable to accommodate babies in our group campground.
What is the 2027 workshop schedule?
The detailed workshop schedule will be available approximately 4 weeks before the event.
What food will be served?
The menu will include a variety of nourishing options including meat, lots of vegetables, soup, and more. The full menu will be available at least 4 weeks before the event.
How will parking work?
Parking is included in registration. Upon arrival and check-in, you will be directed to a permanent parking spot for the day.
What time can I arrive?
Attendees must check in at the registration desk before attending events or meals.
Feast & Frolic check-in is Thursday from 3:30pm-6:00pm. We recommend arriving at 3:30 if you are camping so you have time to set up your tent before dinner.
Weekend check-in is Friday from 1:00pm-7:00pm.
Last Call check-in is Saturday morning from 9:15am-10:00am.
Are Day Passes available?
No, we do not offer day passes.

What should I bring?
A notebook, raingear, snacks, a mug/tumbler for tea, and personal items for free time are recommended. You may also want to bring a camp chair and yoga mat. Participants will also receive a preparation letter with additional suggestions.
What items are not allowed?
Pets/animals, firearms, unregistered guests, and illegal substances are not allowed, per regulations of the venue and our safety policy.

2027 Refund Policies
Refund Policies
Effective 5/1/2026
Wild Medicine is a community-based conference, funded exclusively by attendee registrations. Wild Medicine is not financially supported by a school, for-profit business, or cash sponsors. Our refund policy reflects the community-based nature of this event and recognizes that if/when unexpected changes occur, understanding is needed. Refunds are only available if the event is fully cancelled or rescheduled for a different date.

Flash Pre-Sale deposits are non-refundable.

Early bird registration deposits are non-refundable.

Conference registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are available. Registrations cannot be used as a credit for other events.

Early Arrival and pre-conference program fees are non-refundable.

Meal plan fees are refundable through April 1, 2027. These refunds are subject to online processing fees charged by our registration platform and/or online processing company.

Conference registrations may be transferred to another adult through April 27, 2027. Transfers must be confirmed via email: wildmedicineconference@gmail.com.

All conference details are subject to changes, including but not limited to meal plan menus, presenters, keynote speaker, facilities, workshop schedule, and other details. In the event of such changes, we will do our best to minimize impact.

If the conference cannot be held in person due to a public health crisis or any other unforeseen circumstance, the conference may shift to a virtual platform. If this happens, we will refund meal plan fees and a portion of registration fees. The amount of each individual refund will be determined by the expenses we have already incurred at the time of the cancellation. This is a community-supported, registration-funded event and we appreciate your understanding.

If the event is fully cancelled due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances, we will refund at least 75% of your registration fees and provide you with a credit for the amount that we are unable to refund that can be used at a future Wild Medicine event.
